2.1 Product Quality and Authenticity

All premium silk sarees sold on our Site come with a Silk Mark certification as a mark of authenticity and quality. This certification ensures that you receive genuine silk products that meet established standards of excellence. We take pride in offering handcrafted sarees that blend tradition with timeless elegance.

2.2 Product Variations

As our products are handcrafted, please note that:

     Minor variations in color, design, and texture are natural characteristics of handloom products and not defects.

     The actual color of products may slightly differ from what appears on your screen due to varying display settings.

     Each saree is crafted individually by skilled artisans, ensuring unique craftsmanship.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

     Providing accurate and complete information.

     Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

     All activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

     Reject any order without stating reasons.

     Limit order quantities.

     Discontinue products without notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

     All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

     Prices are inclusive of GST but exclusive of shipping costs (which will be shown separately if charged, otherwise “Free”).

     We accept Prepaid Orders Only. This policy ensures:

     Secure transactions for both parties

     Protection of our artisans’ time and resources

     Streamlined production process for your handcrafted sarees

     Elimination of order cancellations after production has begun

     Reduced carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary logistics

     Enhanced quality control before dispatch

     We accept various payment methods as displayed on our checkout page.

     Full payment is required before an order is processed.

 

 

4.3 Order Cancellation

     You may request to cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it, while it’s still in the processing stage.

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you have two options:

1. Cancel Through Your Account: You can conveniently cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by going to the Orders section under My Account.

2. Email Request: Alternatively, you can send us an email at teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. Please include “ORDER CANCELLATION – [Your Order Number]” in the subject line.

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm if your cancellation is possible. Thank you for shopping with us!

 

     Once an order enters the CRAFTING stage, cancellation is not possible due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

     If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Processing and Delivery Timeline

     Processing & Production Time: 10-12 days

     Shipping Time: 5-6 days (standard)

     Total Estimated Delivery Period: 15-18 days (standard)

     Extended Timeline: May extend to 25-30 days depending on:

     Remote delivery locations

     Limited accessibility areas

     Seasonal factors

     Your chosen delivery partner’s coverage

5.2 Shipping Costs

     Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders at checkout as our standard policy.

     Potential Exceptions: In certain circumstances, shipping charges may apply due to:

     Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

     International shipping requirements and customs

     Oversized or multiple-item orders requiring special handling

     Expedited delivery requests

     Seasonal constraints during peak shopping periods or festivals

     Unforeseen logistical challenges in specific regions

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated to you via email before finalizing your order, giving you the opportunity to approve or modify your purchase.

5.3 Delivery Partners and Tracking

     Delivery partners will be assigned by Samriddhi based on your location and availability of service.

     We partner with premium logistics providers to ensure your handcrafted sarees reach you safely.

     You cannot select a specific delivery partner, but we ensure optimal selection based on your location’s requirements.

     You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

     You can track your order through:

     Logging into your account on samriddhisworld.com and visiting the “My Orders” section

     Using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email

     Visiting Delivery Partner’s website “Track Order” page and entering your tracking number.

5.4 Delivery Confirmation and Special Circumstances

     All deliveries require signature confirmation.

     Please inspect packages upon delivery before signing.

     We recommend capturing an unboxing video as this will be required for any exchange or return claims.

     During nationwide events, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended.

     In such cases, we will communicate any delays promptly via email.

5.5 International Shipping

     International shipping is available only through direct email request.

     For international orders, please email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with the subject line “INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REQUEST”.

     International shipping is subject to feasibility assessment and additional charges.

     Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

     International orders cannot be placed directly through our website checkout.

5.6 Change of Delivery Address

     Address changes can only be accommodated before the order enters the “CRAFTING” stage.

     Please email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com immediately if you need to change your delivery address.

     Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

6. Exchange and Return Policy

6.1 Exchange Policy

     Eligibility: Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

     Conditions: The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

     Exclusions: Custom-stitched or pre-pleated sarees are not eligible for exchange.

     Process: Email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with subject line “EXCHANGE REQUEST — [Your Order Number]” and attach a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product.

     Exchange Limitations:

     Exchange is subject to product availability.

     If the desired product is higher priced, you will need to pay the difference.

     If the desired product is lower priced, we regret that we cannot refund the difference.

     Shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

     No Refunds for Exchanges: We do not provide monetary refunds for exchanges.

6.2 Return Policy for Damaged/Defective Products

     We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

     Eligibility: Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

     Process: Email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with subject line “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT — [Your Order Number]” and include a clear unboxing video showing the defect.

     Resolution Options:

     Replacement: We will replace the same product if it’s available in stock.

     Redeemable Voucher: If replacement is not available, we will issue a redeemable voucher.

     No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for returns.

6.3 Redeemable Voucher Policy

     Redeemable vouchers are issued in lieu of refunds or when an exchange product is unavailable.

     Single-Time Use: Vouchers can be used only once and must be used in full in a single transaction.

     Validity Period: Each voucher is valid for an assigned duration as determined by Samriddhi at the time of issue.

     Minimum Purchase: The replacement product must be of the same or higher value than the voucher amount.

     Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.

     No Cash Value: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given if the full value is not used.

     Redemption Process: To redeem, enter the voucher code at checkout when purchasing a replacement product.

     Combining Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotional offers.

     Expiration: Expired vouchers cannot be extended or honored.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Samriddhi and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

     Use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

     Modify, reproduce, or distribute our content.

     Use our trademarks or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes:

     Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing addresses, payment information, and account credentials during registration or checkout.

     Non-Personal Data: Technical information including browser type, IP address, device details, and browsing patterns.

     Cookies: We employ cookies to enhance your browsing experience by remembering preferences, analyzing site usage, and strengthening security measures.

     Gift orders are available only through direct inquiry.

     For gifting options, please email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with the subject line “GIFT ORDER INQUIRY”.

     Include the recipient’s delivery address and any gift message you would like to include.

     Our team will respond with customized gifting options and pricing.

10.2 Bulk Orders

     Bulk orders can only be placed through direct inquiry.

     For bulk purchasing, please email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with the subject line “BULK ORDER INQUIRY”.

     Include products, quantities, delivery locations, and required timeframe.

     Our team will provide a customized quote including specialized shipping arrangements and any applicable discounts.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

     We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

     Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

     We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samriddhi, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
