1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
1.1 Standard Processing Time
● Processing & Production Time: 10-12 days
● Estimated Delivery Period: 15-18 days (may extend to 25-30 days depending on location accessibility)
1.2 Why Does It Take Time?
We do not believe in mass production; instead, we focus on ensuring that every saree delivered to you is:
● Handcrafted to Perfection – Each saree is woven with love, and superior craftsmanship takes time.
● Quality-Checked at Every Stage – Multiple levels of quality control are conducted before dispatch.
● Silk Mark Certified – Every premium silk saree comes with Silk Mark certification as a guarantee of authenticity.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation Eligibility
● You may request to cancel your order only within 24 hours of the processing stage.
● Once an order enters the CRAFTING stage, cancellation is not possible due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
2.2 Cancellation Process
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you have two options:
1. Cancel Through Your Account: You can conveniently cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by going to the Orders section under My Account.
2. Email Request: Alternatively, you can send us an email at teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. Please include “ORDER CANCELLATION – [Your Order Number]” in the subject line.
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm if your cancellation is possible. Thank you for shopping with us!
2.3 Refund for Cancelled Orders
● If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
● Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may want a different saree, and we are happy to assist you with an exchange.
3.1 Exchange Eligibility
● You can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
● The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
● Custom-stitched or pre-pleated sarees are not eligible for exchange.
● The saree must be in perfect condition, free from stains, perfume, or any damage.
3.2 Exchange Process
- Email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with subject line “EXCHANGE REQUEST – [Your Order Number]”
- Include the following details:
○ Order number
○ Product details you wish to exchange
○ Reason for exchange
○ Product you would like to exchange it with
- Attach a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product. This is mandatory for all exchange requests.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 working days.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original product.
- After receiving the original product in acceptable condition, we will dispatch the replacement.
3.3 Exchange Limitations
● Exchange is subject to product availability.
● If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a redeemable voucher (see Section 6.1).
● If the replacement product is higher priced, you will need to pay the difference.
● If the replacement product is lower priced, we regret that we cannot refund the difference.
● Shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
3.4 No Refunds for Exchanges
● We do not provide monetary refunds for exchanges. This policy exists because:
○ Each saree is a unique, handcrafted creation that represents significant artisan investment
○ Our commitment to supporting traditional craftsmanship means each piece is specifically produced for you
○ The specialized nature of silk sarees makes them challenging to restock or repurpose after customer handling
○ This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing while still offering the flexibility of exchanges
4. Return and Refund Policy
Since each saree is handcrafted with utmost care, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
4.1 Eligibility for Returns (Damaged/Defective Products Only)
● The product must have manufacturing defects or damage that existed prior to delivery.
● Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4.2 Return Process for Damaged/Defective Products
- Email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with subject line “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – [Your Order Number]” within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear details of the defect or damage along with your order number.
- Share a clear unboxing video showing the defect upon opening. This is mandatory for processing any return claim.
- Our quality assessment team will evaluate your claim within 3-5 working days.
- If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.
4.3 Resolution Options for Valid Returns
● Replacement: We will replace the same product if it’s available in stock.
● Redeemable Voucher: If replacement is not available, we will issue a redeemable voucher (see Section 6.1).
● No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for returns as:
○ Our artisans begin crafting your saree immediately upon order placement
○ Each saree requires significant investment in raw materials and specialized artisan time
○ The unique handcrafted nature means each piece is specifically created for a customer
○ This policy allows us to sustain fair wages for our artisans while maintaining reasonable pricing
4.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Products without defects or damage
● Products used, worn, washed, or altered in any way
● Products without their original packaging, tags, or Silk Mark certification
● Custom-made, pre-pleated, or stitched sarees
5. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
● For defective or damaged products, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
● For customer-initiated exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
● International returns may incur additional customs and duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Redeemable Voucher Policy
6.1 Voucher Terms and Conditions
● Redeemable vouchers are issued in lieu of refunds or when an exchange product is unavailable.
● Single-Time Use: Vouchers can be used only once and must be used in full in a single transaction.
● Validity Period: Each voucher is valid for an assigned duration as determined by Samriddhi at the time of issue.
● Minimum Purchase: The replacement product must be of the same or higher value than the voucher amount.
● Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.
● No Cash Value: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given if the full value is not used.
● Redemption Process: To redeem, enter the voucher code at checkout when purchasing a replacement product.
● Combining Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotional offers.
6.2 Voucher Expiration
● Expired vouchers cannot be extended or honored.
● We recommend utilizing your voucher well before its expiration date.
● You will receive a reminder email 30 days before your voucher expires.

7.1 Documentation Requirements
All return, exchange, and refund requests require proper documentation:
● Order number
● Proof of purchase
● Clear photos/videos showing the issue
● Unboxing video (mandatory)
