1.    Processing and Production Timeline

1.1 Standard Processing Time

       Processing & Production Time: 10-12 days

       Shipping Time: 5-6 days (standard)

       Total Estimated Delivery Period: 15-18 days

1.2 Extended Delivery Timeline

Delivery may extend to 25-30 days depending on:

       Remote delivery locations

       Limited accessibility areas

       Seasonal factors

       Your chosen delivery partner’s coverage

 2. Shipping and Delivery Policy

2.1 Shipping Costs

     Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders at checkout as our standard policy.

     Potential Exceptions: In certain circumstances, shipping charges may apply due to:

     Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

     International shipping requirements and customs

     Oversized or multiple-item orders requiring special handling

     Expedited delivery requests

     Seasonal constraints during peak shopping periods or festivals

     Unforeseen logistical challenges in specific regions

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated to you via email before finalizing your order, giving you the opportunity to approve or modify your purchase.

2.2 Delivery Partners and Timelines

     Delivery partners will be assigned by Samriddhi based on your location and availability of service.

     We partner with premium logistics providers to ensure your handcrafted sarees reach you safely.

     You cannot select a specific delivery partner, but we ensure optimal selection based on your location’s requirements.

2.3 Estimated Delivery Timelines

     Processing Time: 10-12 days (includes quality checks and packaging)

     Standard Delivery: 15-18 days for most urban and semi-urban areas

     Extended Timeline: 25-30 days may apply for:

     Remote locations with limited logistics infrastructure

     Areas with challenging geographic conditions

     Periods of high seasonal demand

     International destinations

     Areas with local restrictions or limited courier service availability

2.4 Order Tracking Guidelines

     Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

     How to Track Your Order:

     Log in to your account on samriddhisworld.com and visit “My Orders” section

     Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email

     Visit our website’s “Track Order” page and enter your order number and email

     Order Status Definitions:

     Processing: Your order has been successfully received and payment confirmed

     Crafting: Your order is being prepared and quality-checked by our team

     Ready To Ship: Your saree is being carefully packed and is ready to be picked up by the delivery partner

     On the way : Your order has been handed over to the delivery partner for the transit process till it is out for delivery.

     Completed: Your order has been successfully delivered

     Tracking Updates: Our system provides automatic status updates at each stage of the process via email and SMS.

2.5 Delivery Updates

     You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

     Our system provides regular status updates throughout the delivery process.

2.6 Delivery Confirmation

     All deliveries require signature confirmation.

     Please inspect packages upon delivery before signing.

     We recommend capturing an unboxing video as this will be required for any exchange or return claims.

2.7 Special Circumstances

     During nationwide events, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended.

     In such cases, we will communicate any delays promptly via email.

     Your patience is appreciated as we prioritize the safe delivery of your premium silk sarees.

3.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

       We ship to all major cities and most locations across India

       Remote areas may have limited delivery partner options and extended delivery  times

       International shipping is available only through direct email request • For international orders, please email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with  subject line “INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REQUEST”

       International shipping is subject to feasibility assessment and additional charges • In your email, please include: 

o Products you wish to purchase

o Complete delivery address including country and postal code

o Contact number with country code

o Any preferred delivery timeframe

       Our team will respond with: 

o Shipping feasibility confirmation

o Total cost including product price, shipping charges, and handling fees on Estimated delivery timeline

       Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the  customer

       International orders cannot be placed directly through our website checkout

 

3.3 Unserviceable Areas

       Some extremely remote locations may not be serviceable by any of our delivery  partners

       Our system will notify you during checkout if your location cannot be serviced 

       In such cases, you may provide an alternative delivery address

 

3.4 Failed Delivery Attempts

       If you are unavailable to receive your package, the delivery partner will:  o Leave a delivery attempt notification

                      o Make 1-2 additional delivery attempts

                       o Hold the package at their local facility for a limited period

       You may need to contact the delivery partner directly to reschedule delivery or  arrange pickup

5.3 Change of Delivery Address

       Address changes can only be accommodated before the order enters the “CRAFTING “ stage

       Please email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com immediately if you need to change  your delivery address

       Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified

6.    Shipping Delays and Issues

6.1 Potential Causes of Delay

       Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions

       Unforeseen transportation issues

       Customs clearance for international shipments

       High-volume seasonal periods

       Limited accessibility to certain areas

6.2 Communication of Delays

       We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing or  shipping

       For carrier-related delays after dispatch, please check the tracking information or  contact the delivery partner directly

6.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

       If your tracking information shows delivery but you haven’t received your package,  please: 

o Check with neighbors or building management

o Contact the delivery partner with your tracking information

o Email us at teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com if the issue persists • For packages damaged during transit, please refer to our Return Policy for  damaged/defective products

7.    Special Order Types

7.1 Gift Orders

       Gift orders are available only through direct inquiry

       For gifting options, please email teamsamriddhisworld@gmail.com with the subject  line “GIFT ORDER INQUIRY”

       Include the following details in your email: 

o Product(s) you wish to purchase as gifts

o Recipient’s delivery address

o Any gift message you would like to include

o Your preferred packaging requirements

       Bulk orders can only be placed through direct inquiry
